ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Chelsea Renee

Chelsea Quezergue is a neosoul singer from NJ, USA. She has sang in gospel choirs and toured internationally with a classical cantata in the past. In 2022, she moved to Tokyo to pursue music and began performing live in local venues and collaborating with local artists. In 2024, Chelsea had the opportunity to sing background vocals for done live performances of LDH-recording artist Ryuji Imaichi as well as sing in a recording session of newly released single, "Miracle" by the same artist.

Ahmed Zou

Think wide vocal arrangements, pair it with an airy falsetto and add a few soulful runs. He finished his Bachelor in Music Performance in 2019 and shortly after worked with the Grammy-Award-Winning Metropolis Studios. The young musician has gained online recognition from artists such as SZA and his latest work ANTiDOTE is a collaboration with the German Record Label MusicMakingPeople. He now lives in Tokyo and sang for clients such as Louis Vuitton and The Ritz Carlton, his voice can be heard in a few japanese TV commercials and he also modelled for various Brands including Uniqlo, Puma and Adidas. 

Bie Yuting

Bie Yuting is a Tokyo-based singer with experience in a diverse range of performances. She has participated in musicals and gained recognition in competitions like the Tokyo International Vocal Competition and SMASH CABARET Grand Prix 2022, and has voiced commercials for top brands. Passionate about storytelling through music, she continues to captivate audiences and refine her craft.

2001年12月23日神奈川生まれ。国立音楽大学鍵盤楽器専修卒業、同大学ピアノフェスティバルにソリストとして出演、海老彰子、Jacob Leuschner、Ralf Nattkemperの各氏の公開レッスン及び特別レッスンに特別受講。岡田九郎奨学金を得る。 四年次からは同大学ジャズコースにてジャズピアノ及び作曲を勉強し始め、2024年にはSeiko Summer Jazz Campを受講。 現在、東京などを中心にライブ、作編曲、セッションホスト、クラシック伴奏者など様々なシーンで活躍中。また、知日音楽塾にて講師として指導を行う。

 

Drums: Yuto Tajima
2000年8月7日生まれ。昭和音楽大学ジャズコース卒、大学では則竹裕之氏に師事。卒業後はジャンルを問わず演奏活動を開始し、石丸幹二氏や、納浩一氏、クリヤ・マコト氏らジャズ界の巨匠たちと共演。知日音楽塾で講師として指導も行っており、教えた生徒は全員、第一希望の音大へ合格している。
